Well i'm not from US and i dont know what this means: 8/7c

its a way to show hour? and if yes then which our is that?

8/7c means 8  eastern time, 7  central time. Likewise, 7/4p means 7 eastern time, 4 pacific time. (These shows when television shows will be seen in different time zones.)

There are 4 times zones in the continental US:  eastern, central, mountain, pacific.

8/7c means 8 o'clock eastern time, 7 o'clock central time.  Likewise, 8/5p means 8 eastern time, 5 pacific time.  (These indicate when television shows will be seen in different time zones.)

We can't tell from this if the times are AM or PM.

That is the way they tell you what time a TV show is on. It means 8:00 PM Eastern Time Zone and 7::00 PM in the Central Time Zone
