What is BT Centralplus??

Recd an email from someone and I think its from someone who is harassing me? I got the IP address and checked on it and it says BT Centralplus? What actually is it??

It tells you which service provided has actually assigned that IP address. In your case, the person who is harassing you might be using one of the BT's internet services like CentralPlus. That's an ISP.

If you want to still track, you can contact them and they will have data to let you know, to which particular user this IP address has been assinged (of course, you'll have to tell the date/time details exactly).

Usually every ISP maintain few generic aliases like abuse@.... trouble@... as part of generally accepted practices. So it may be worth sending a mail to [e-mail] and let them know that one of their subscribers is harassing you.
