What is London like? ?

It's great.  Been there twice; just got back a couple weeks ago.  It's a very old city with a lot of history and cool, old buildings and a lot of things to see and do.  It's easy to get around anywhere in London too - between the Underground, Busses, Taxi's and just plain walking.

it's absolutely ah-mazing. i've been there many many times and love it so much that when i go to college in 2 years, i'm planning on moving there. (i already have citizenship there so the hard part is done)

it's really a beautiful city with everything. it's got the most amazing shopping especially the famous Harrods and Kings Street.

there is a lot of diverse cuisine in London too. and the best Indian and Middle Eastern food ever!

London is also a very convenient location both within itself (very good reliable public transportation), and to the rest of Europe. by that i mean, that just a quick trip on the Eurostar from Paddington Station and you're in the heart of Paris.

I live in London and to be honest the best part is central london. Its easy to get around but the best way to experience the best of london would be to go around central london. :)

-The capital of England.

-Very large city.

-Has the busiest & longest street of shops - 1 & 1/2 miles long.

-The big ben & red double decker buses are the trademark for london.

-The London Eye is basically a huge wheel where you can see all over london.

-The Houses of Parliament where all the politics happen.

-The Queens house, you can have tours around there, you can stand outside the gates & watch the guards stand there & do absolutely nothing.

I suppose there's better city's in the world, but i advice you to try this city out one day!!!

Amazing...if you really want to go just save up some money and go i promise you wont regret it. I went on a short holiday and ended up staying over a year, found a job and worked there. Thinking of going back i just ADORE london
