  1. The answers if provided will be more confusing.

Better refer encyclopedia and you have the complete meaning of words.

  2. Starting a fire by the power of the mind.

Just as telekinesis is moving objects by the power of the mind.

  3. The term pyrokinesis is derived from the Greek words πυρ (pûr, meaning "fire, lightning") and κίνησις (kínesis, meaning "motion"). It literally means "to move fire," but more commonly denotes the ability to create fire using only the mind.

Pyrokinesis is present in many works of fiction, such as the Stephen King novel Firestarter. Many fictional characters from comic books also possess this technique. For example, two of Nintendo's most famous characters, Mario and Luigi (who has been shown to occasionally manipulate electricity instead), use pyrokinesis. Certain fictional characters, such as Marvel's Pyro, possess only the ability to control fire and cannot actually create it. Others, such as the Firebenders in the television show Avatar: The Last Airbender, can not only create fire but manipulate it in a variety of ways such as creating explosions.

  4. controlling movement of fire by your mind

  5. telekinese that only pirates have ^^

  6. pyro means fire

and kinesis means velocity or speed

so the word means ''movements due to fire''

  7. Suggestion:  If you can google it out, don't ask. :-)
