Used correctly it is there to help make the yahoo environment good and safe for all but trolls use it at their pleasure! wish I could say it won't happen to you but the chances are it will as soon as you disagree with their pathetic attempts of contributing!

It's a button that racists and liberals use to report questions and answers that are legitimate. But, since Yahoo! Answers is biased and prejudice against conservatives and republicans in general, the question/comment is ultimately taken down.
