What is Spain's government?

You mean that it's a constitutional monarchy?  With a congress and parliament, president and king, who is little more than a figurehead.  I think they have a prime minister, too.  

The just had an election, and the socialists won reelection.

The government is the PSOE (Partido Socialista Obrero Español) That translates into English as the Socialist Workers Party. They were recently re-elected in May this year.
