  1. Mostly the maid staff comes in and turns back the bed sheets. Many also provide mints or chocolate treats placed on the pillow.

  2. stuff you want.

    they change your sheets.

  3. Turn your bed sheets down.

  4. Basically the sheets and comforter are folded down while the bed is being made by housekeeping.  Fancy hotels may leave candy or mints on the pillow.  That's all there is to it.  (I really hope you don't pay someone extra to flip your sheets back and give you candy.)

I worked at an average hotel chain (3rd shift), and I was told by other staff members that some customers freak out because they think that someone had been sitting/sleeping in the bed and the housekeeper never remade the bed properly.

  5. It is straightening your bed and "turning down" the sheets for you.  Often involves a mint or chocolate on your pillow too.

Sometimes they will tidy the room as well but not always.  It's basic.

  6. Maids go to the room and turn down the sheets.

its a waste of money...why do u need to pay someone to turn down your sheets.

  7. Typical "house keeping" stuff...

Clean the bathrooms, change the sheets, change the towels, vacuum, clean coffee pot, new cups, wipe down the tables... etc.
