What is a county jail like?

My bf has been sent there for the first time! and i'm scared about how he's doing.

Don't honestly know what it would be like to go to jail, I try to keep out of there, not one of my highlights of life..

Maybe he should behave himself, and he won't end up behind bars...

There are no individual cells.  Just a big room with a bunch of bunk beds.  The beds are all full so the new guys have to sleep on the floor.  Your in there with a bunch of gang members and thugs, it not a nice place to be.  I hope your boyfriend learns from his mistakes and gets his life turned around.

Felony customers are in orange and misdemeanor customers are in green and have it a little easier.The food sucks.Not much privacy.

You must know how to throw knuckles and know when to keep your mouth shut.He'll be fine if he has those two qualities.
