I called to see why my balance was not accurate and came to find out that toys r us had done a transaction twice and one was not supposed to be there. they credited some funds back into my account and it is still pending. so there fore my card has no funds until then. my credit card company asked me if I wanted to mark the card as compromise. i wasnt quite sure what it meant and asked the rep and she seemed very annoyed and didnt really try to explain it much . not to mention she was of another culture so I had problems understanding and hearing her. can someone please explain what this means? thanks.

  1. Saying  the card was "compromised"  just  means it could not be used until the billing conflict is resolved.
