What is a freshman/junior/senior?

I'm from the UK so we don't have this kind of system, can anyone put it in order from the beginning of high school to the end?

i seriously have no idea.

In the US,  there are 4 grades in High School.  

Freshman is a 1st year student - 9th Grade

Sophomore is a 2nd year student - 10th Grade

Junior is a 3rd year student -11th Grade

Senior is a 4th year student - 12th Grade

sophomore  = 10th grade//second year

junior = 11th//3rd year

senior = 12th//last year
