what is a good exercise to tighten up my thighs faster?

i have been doing some squats. i need another exercise.

Running is the most efficient way of burning fat, but its easy for beginners to get injured so you cold also try cycling, it focuses on those muscles but doesn't drain your whole system and cause injuries like running. (but you have to cycle 2-3 times as long to get the same exercise as running)
