What is a good hot spot?

im flying out to jamaica soon and i want to stay at Negril Jamaica..has anyone been there? what is the best hotel there and what are some exciting things to do there? hows the night life?

Negril is THE best part of Jamaica.....gorgeous beaches, sunsets, properties!!  Depends on what you're into, but the clidffs have many really affordable places and there's tons of little bars in that area.  But, if you wanna stay right on a beach, stay in Bloody Bay or 7mi beach :-D

Negril is the party spot of Jamaica.  The cliff side is a little milder then the beach side.  We stayed many times at Drumville Cove on the cliff side.  We also stayed a couple times at resorts on the beach side but couldn't find one that we thought was worth the value (of course we lived in Jamaicamon so we weren't on vacation).  Things to do are the beach/swimming, has a nice craft market, good food, lots of bars/nightlife.  Rick's Cafe is a must for one sunset.  Enjoy.
