well he could be right, or it could be a polyp, similar to what i have, its just a harmless lump filled with water,(hopefully). i went to the Dr and he sent me for a scan,its a bit messy, but well worth it ,if you get the result you want.

I think its when you have cancer in your testicles not really sher tough!
