A period, or menstrul cycle is a wonderful, beautiful part of being a woman.

It's not dirty or shameful.

When you reach a certain age, your little girl body starts to transform into that of a woman. Your b*****s will grow, body hair will grow, your body developes more beautiful womanly curves. And your period starts.

Your period is the sheding of the lining of the uterus. Every month your body (overies) drop a egg. If sperm does not meet the egg and produce a baby, then the egg passes through your body and is expelled, most times unnoticed when you use the restroom. Don't bother looking for it, it's too tiny to see. Then your body discards the unused blood and tissue that it would have needed to create a child inside of you.

It's really a miracle. Every month your body is able to make a child and if it doesn't then you get your period. Of course you shouldn't try to make a child until you are happily married!
