What is a physical exam?

okay look i know i asked this before but thats cause i ahven gotten one ever and i was supossed to get one yesterday but didnt so what goes on

A physical exam (some people just call it a physical) is where someone (a doctor, or a gym class teacher or someone like that) will test your physical abilities. It might be just to make sure you can do basic things, like bending down, or something specific, like a number of push ups you can do in a minute. They are often required for high school sports and camps. Normally if it's done by a gym class person, then it has running/push ups/sit ups/pull ups.
