A "Scunnder" is a move in handball that is just like a normal hit, but very fast and very low to the ground making it really hard to hit back.

Even if you are capable of hitting it, it would probably really hurt your hand and won't do much good anyway. Thw way to get back from a scunnder is to learn how to play with your feet and kick it. It took me a while to learn.
