In tournament poker, a 'rebuy' is when you're knocked out once (you lose your initial chipstack completely) and rebuy with a certain value.

Sometimes, casinos will have a 100+10$ tournament, with 2x rebuys. Basically, this means your initial buy-in costs you 110$, and every buy-in after that (if you're knocked out) will cost you 100$.
