What is a senior profile?

Question

I am a senior at a public school in Miami, and before we send in our college applications, we're supposed to pick up our senior profile. As a senior, I feel incredibly stupid for not knowing what that is. I searched Yahoo! Answers, and I only saw things for senior yearbook profiles, but as there are about 1000 students in my grade alone, we don't have those. Can anyone tell me what a senior profile is? Thank you. :)

It's most likely a worksheet for you to fill out. List your information, grades/test scores, activities done in school/outside of school, a personal essay (if required). I'm pretty sure it's just so counselors/the school can write a letter of recommendation for you.
