i am soo confused how this works like im hearing people say that you like type in some code to find some kinda pokemon but like i dont even know what it is..

and like do you buy it or something

It's a hacking device for game systems. You have to buy one from Best Buy or Walmart, and you can enter codes in it. You can find the codes on many places on the internet and there are codes for nearly every game.
