People who behave violently or nastily.  People who won't take no for answer.  People who are sarcastic and rude.  It all depends on the situation.  Sometimes being aggressive is the right thing for example giving your all in the work place can be considered aggressive, but it might help you get ahead.  Being aggressive in a bar probably will lead to a drunken fight.  It all depends on where  you are!  But as you seem to be talking about animals aggressive is more basic--it is acting with the intent to hurt or intimidate.
