What is be broadband like?

Just wanted to know what be broadband is like. i.e connection, speed, customer service.

i live in the country and cant get dsl nor cable. but i have high speed from verizon. its a wireless modem. and its awsome and fast

Not knowing where you're located, I can't specifically state what your experience will be.  I'm in the US and have used both Comcast Cable and ATT Yahoo DSL and was happy with both.  I'm currently using ATT Yahoo DSL simply because it's less expensive.

Once you go to broadband, you'll never want to go back to dialup, in my opinion.  Upload/Download speeds are very fast.  I watch movies and tv from my computer - connected to my tv, without any issues.

You'll be 'always on'...so no waiting for dialup connection.  Since you're always on, you're open for hackers.  Make sure you're running a good firewall and continuous virus scan.

Customer service from each of my providers has been very good.
