I've seen this type of bread called cissel on Boston area jewish deli menus. What is it?

  1. I surrender. I can find it on Jewish delicatessen menus, but when I Google it, I find more deli menus and then PDF files of patent infringements and genealogy sites.

    They serve it with pastrami. I'm thinking Jewish Rye.

    I'll take my two points and go make dinner. I'm sorry.
