It is 3:00am usually. It represents the time Jesus was on the cross,even though it was 12:00PM--3:00PM,They say in the bible. But that's usually when the spirits are most active if you are looking for ghosts. Alot of people do it at 3:00am. They seem to get many  responses . The people that i have seen them do dead time get some responses or evp's or actual sightings of spirits.It's all about if you believe or not?
