What is dx3d_32.exe?

Question

I came back from a barbecue today to find that while my Spybot was searching for Spyware, (it found only one, a harmless cookie,) AVG detected a threat called "dx3d_32.exe".

Apparently it's a "Trojan horse Dropper.Delf.BEJ" located C:\WINDOWS\system32\

I Google searched this and came up with NOTHING so do not tell me to search it.

If you've never heard of this virus, please don't waste a comment saying so for I will down rate it and report you for SPAMMING my question.

Reformatting is NOT an option either so either suggest something helpful or go away.

I believe it's a false positive, because on an official Lavasoft webpage, you can find Dropper.Delf listed as a false positive, and a moderator from their staff says it's a false positive. It was firing from things like iTunes, and other obviously non malicious software. I wouldn't worry about it.
