What is emigration authority?

Hi Friends,

As per my employer they have applied my NOC through emigration authority (Not LMRA) and they told they don’t have any application No.

Any one can explain what to know what is emigration authority in Bahrain can you have any website to refer any contact no. how to check the status of my NOC Application.

How may days it will take to get the NOC to process in Emigration authority.

They must have meant LMRA when they said emigration authority. Only LMRA now is authorised to give work visa.

Your employer may have applied for a visit visa which is with the GDNPR which is the directorate for issuing visit visas. They must be bringing you here on visit visa and then converting it to work visa which is done by many organisations. In fact there is lot of delays in getting a visa from LMRA so they must be doing this way

LMRA is the only authority who are taking care of emigration/visa etc
