do you think when someone says fooling around it means s*x or does it mean just like making out and c**p? and do you think its to young to fool around when your 15?

I think the phrase "fooling around" can be interpreted in different ways depending on age. For your age it means flirting, making out etc. To me at the age of 15, flirting is cool and kissing but nothing further than that.

for me (im 14) fooling around is like, making out and all that c**p

everthing but s*x i guess idk however you want to define it
