Greensburg is a city in Kansas that was mainly wiped out by a tornado.  There is a tv show on the discovery channel that is showing it being rebuilt in a "green" way.  I've only seen the first episode, but it seems interesting.

From what I can tell, its a small city/community that was wiped out during a tornado (or other weather related disaster) and they plan to re-build it to make it the first completely "Green" community.
