ok i am bi and i don't think he is and he does not know that i am bi and to day the last class to of school i toke my finger and touch his neck and he told me to keep doing it so i did and he said it felt good and like ever weekend he wants me to come over and stay the night he looks at me like he likes me or something but i like him a lot so what do i do

Sounds like he wants it to me, and I'm straight as an arrow. Try rubbing his neck and move down to his shoulders if he doesn't resist. Then go from there. It works with the chicks anyway.
