Jelena Dokic with her father Damir Dokic? That is the only top player from Yugoslavia that I can think of from that period.

Jelena Dokic (Yugoslavia) was a women's (WTA) top ten player during 2001-2002.  She was ranked no. 8 in 2001 and no. 9 in 2002, but dropped to 15th in 2003.

She is also very cute!...though maybe not in the same class as Anna Kournikova.
