What is her secret?

I used to be a telemarketer but i quit because I hate that job and I'll never work as one ever again. I have a co-employee before and she was still in the business until now. This what makes me wonder, she was able to endure that job for 4 years. She always have a minimum of 7 sales a day. She is a pretty girl but It's not going to help because clients can't see her.

What is her secret? Why she was a great sales person.

anyway I work as a mortician now and that job is better.

its all about personality and the way you approach to people with the product.  since you didnt want that job you showed that through the phone calls and maybe you dont like talking on the phone much. while on the other hand this girl perhaps might enjoy talking to people so she probably uses her personailty to get to the customers.
