Depends on which usage of "princess" you mean. In fairy tales, the word used is "királykisasszony" (literally "king-little-lady"), while real-world royalty is usually "hercegnő" (from German "herzog" plus Hungarian for "woman"). If you want the "Hungarian" bit in there too, the word is of course "magyar": magyar királykisasszony, magyar hercegnő.

A third possibility uses an old word meaning roughly "crown-less king, high chieftain": "fejedelemasszony" or "fejedelemnő". ("Asszony" nowadays means "married woman", but here it uses an older, broader sense of "lady" or a respectful term of address for any woman.) These titles are most appropriate for an actual _ruling_ princess, that is, the head of a principality rather than the heiress to a throne.

Edit: both erchnic and Ritka left off the diacritic from "nő" (meaning "woman"). This is incorrect: o is an entirely different sound from the "long ö" in nő. If you can't type ő -- which is entirely possible, since it's not part of the Latin-1 character set -- either substitute short ö, or use õ (o-tilde).
