I ordered two original used Xbox games off of EBgames.com and chose the overnight shipping at about 8 am Wed. May 28th morning. It said allow 1 business day for transit & 1 business day for processing, well its saturday now, 3 business days passed and one weekend. its 5:30 and still not here. What could possibly be wrong? UPS doesnt allow me to track its current location with the tracking number because they dont do that with the USA value overnight =/

  1. http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/track?loc...

Use this webpage to track your UPS shipment. It should tell you exactly where it is and when it is expected to be delivered to you.

  2. Looks like UPS has not received the package yet, they received the information but when the UPS truck picked up all the packages to be delivered, yours apparently was not in the pile (or UPS has not picked up the packages from them, but I doubt that, most places have scheduled pickups or get a pickup when the package info is sent to UPS)

Saturday is not a business day so it has been "2 bus days" Wednesday is the day you ordered Thur& Fri would be the 2 business days,

even if you got "overnight" shipping that means UPS gets it to you overnight once they have it, a lot of companies do not get the product out right away....

  3. "Billing information received" means that the company you made the purchase from entered the invoice into their system.  It does not look like they have turned the package over to UPS yet.  You would see "origin scan" when the driver picked it up.

This doesn't look like a UPS issue but a EBgames issue.  Once UPS has the package, you will see it move through the system via the tracking site.  The current status means that the shipper still has possession of the item, not UPS.
