  1. actually its not masuranna but its mosaranna...hope u got the right pronunciation...:)

    on the same lines we have

    chitra anna = lemon rice

    saranna=rice with saaru i.e curry

    and so on...


  2. ok lets c.......masuranna means curd rice in kannada....masru meaning curd & anna stands 4 rice....hope u got it.....

  3. mosur=Curd or Yogurt ,Anna= rice

    hence Curd Rice :D

    As simple as it is , cool, white curd rice .
