can someone tell me how yo measure or can someone tell me what is sounds like based on some stats.

5ft8 Can grab a 10ft rim by just taking 2 steps, can dunk a small ball.

stand straight against a wall with your arm extended all the way up, make a mark. Then step back, take one step and leap up and touch as high as you can, make a mark. this is your vertical, the distance between these marks
