What is permanent shaving?

i've heard of permanent shaving as something u can get at a salon... like they inject you with something so the hair doesn't grow... but what is it exactly (risks/side effects)? and is it really permanent? also where is it available (i live in toronto, ontario) and how expensive is it?

Try laser surgery, it common and i don't think its that expensive. Its probably better than trying some new thing no-one has heard of.

i have never heard of injecting anything into you to permanently remove hair but, there is laser hair removal that takes a few sessions to remove most of the hair. but it is also really expensive.
