How do they give rape counselling? Is it different from normal counselling (or seeing a normal counsellor?)

What type of things to they explore and how?

I am having rape counselling soon and I am a bit nervous and don't know what to expect

it is different from normal counseling and yet in many ways the same it helps you stop blaming yourself and put the blame where it really lies and also helps you find the strength to start loving yourself again you will find it hard to open up at first but try and trust them they are there to help and in the long run they do all the best have a happy positive future
