Re'constituted'  It means when they initially make the orange juice it is sqeezed and filtered and then the water in it is evaporated into a concentrated orange juice.  When water is added back into it....it's 'reconstituted'.  Hope that helps

How about the word "reconstituted" instead?  That means they get the juice from the fruit, dehydrated the water from it--leaving it  thick and condensed  , , then it's stored, frozen, or shipped like that--then later, it is RE-hydrated  to use or sell in a liquid, juice-like form....You reconstitute orange juice anytime you make a pitcher of frozen OJ!
