"Skittles" generally refer to coricidin cough and cold over the counter pills when used recreationally. This is completely mental because although it does contain DXM (drug that gets you high) it also contains other dangerous active ingredients such as acetaminophen.

DXM on it's own isn't very dangerous but if there is any other active ingredient the cough medicine can be fatal at high doses. Try robitussin instead.
