  1. soul food is collard greens cornbread stewed tomatoes mac and cheese  and many of your other favorites


  2. Its mostly southern comfort food. (even if you live in Chicago)  Doesnt matter if you are white or black, everyone likes it.. who is from the south.  No one really like chitlins.  evil invention that. Like menudo ( granted, there are millions that love both, just not to my taste)

    oddly enough you can find a lot of it served at "Craker Barrel"

    isnt that ironic. you can find one of those in most states near an interstate :)  Try the catfish.
