It's a pay-by-the-minute information/directory service.  it's similar to the one you already get by your normal phone operator, but it's supposedly cheaper.

Its a really cool enhanced 411 service all for only 25 cents a minute.  You can find out airline times, sports results,  white pages, yellow pages, and movie times all by calling a number after signing up.  Its suppose to go live soon.
