  1. It is OK to be "slim". She is not underweight if you can't see her bones. I recently found my baby book, and I was 23 lbs at 2 yrs plus. That was 60 years ago.

  2. Go to yahoo.com and type in pediatric growth chart. From there click on one of options, and from their you can find a growth chart for your child (ex: girl 0-24 months, or boy 2-18 yrs, etc). And as a nursing student who just finished up my peds clinicals, it's important to remember that those numbers are just a general average, and it is okay for your child to be over/under...as long as its not a drastic difference.

    hope i helped =]

  3. As a mother of 3 I have gone through this stage 3 times over. It is my experience that some kids at this age don't like certain textures of food. While 2 of my children are autistic this is a sensory issue for them. But my daughter who is 8 also went through that phase when she was about 2.It was a lot of trial and error to find foods that she enjoyed and that would help her maintain a decent weight. We also had her on pedisure to make sure she was getting some of the nutrients needs while she went through this phase.

  4. that sounds about right 23mo and 25 lbs my nieces is 32 and 3yrs old.  plus she is at that age where she knows what ahe likes and thats what she wants. my niece loves jusk food which is my sister-inlaws falt so she dont eat her regular food throws a fit and then gets her crackers and stuff. so I wouldnt worry.
