There is no best really. They are all very similar that it doesn't matter which brand you get as long as it is Kawasaki, Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, or KTM.

probly a honda and a yamaha but i would try a honda 80 or 100 there the best and if you are a bigginer u probly need a four stroke

Like others stated, there is no best for every rider. I prefer the KTM myself.

For a beginner any of the known brands is fine. The kx and the rm are probably a bit easier to ride if you are new to racing. The ktm comes with everything that opens and shuts on it already out of the box, but unless you are the standard capable of riding a bike to its maximum it really doesn't matter what 85cc you choose.
