What is the best eyeliner??

Question

I only wear black eyeliner on the inside of my lid, so sometimes it wears off bc my eyes tend to be really lubricated, so do you all know which is best and lasts longest for the inner bottom lid???

Waterlining is best to stay on but if its a pencil you want get MAC black kohl, its amazing

They're definitely right about the liquid eyeliner, it sets very quickly and stays in place.  Plus, you don't really wanna get into waterproof makeup because it's soooo hard to remove and you need a special waterproof makeup remover to really get it off.  I really like the Mac as well, it has a firm sponge brush so that you can apply it really easily and it lasts forever.  It's not very expensive either, I think like $12 or something.  Just make sure that when you're applying liquid eyeliner to the bottom lid that you get excess liner off of the brush b/c it will go all over your eyeball.

Ha ha. I just use the NYC **** for a dollar. xD Simple. I haven't found an actual good one though. =/

i looooove the urban decay 24/7 pencil eyeliner. that stuff lasts and lasts. you can't even cry it off!

oh defianetly covergirl waterproof eyeliner......but it does depend on the color of ur eyes.
