well it depends on what you would like to do. The indoor hurdling events are the 55h, 60h, and at some tracks the 300h. In order you have the 100h, 300h, and 400h. My favorite to run is the 300 hurdles but my favorite to watch is the 400 hurdles.

All hurdle races are exciting to watch and run.

The best distance is the 400 hurdles which requires the stamina and speed to run well.

The shorter hurdles require sprint speed and great technique, but not the stamina to run very far.

Personally I like the 400 hurdles better.
