  2. look i dont know what you americans do but in the middle east we jump over trees and jump to building when we exercise we dont need your your cheap toys

  3. Ok people outside of america use all the "toys" too just look at youtube and you'll see that.  Jumpsoles do work I have used them first use every other day  and after 5 weeks you don't see results take like a 4 day break I gurantee you'll get a boost after you rest

    Jumpsoles can be used to enhance training but shouldn't be your only tool. Air Alert only uses plyometrics, which is not ideal, and I've heard asks for too many reps, which trains endurance and is bad for your knees. Get the VJB. I've used it, and I have a 40 inch vertical.
