Sloths have tiny eyes, lorises have huge ones.  Sloths climb upside down, lorises right-side up.  Sloths are roughly 45 cm long and weigh about 4 kg, lorises are about half that size.  Sloths are New World (Central and South America), lorises are from the Old World (Africa, India, southeast Asia.)  Lorises have shorter hair.  Both live in trees and move fairly slowly.  Taxonomically, they are not related.
