Why, the mixed ethnicities, of course.They have the greatest genetic diversity for survival-those persons in the white robes covering their dunce caps that keep pure genes by mating with their mothers and sisters, limit their genetic potential and breed themselves out of existence-this is well known in animal husbandry and is happening with the big cats.Since there is only one race, the subspecies Homo sapiens sapiens, the answer would be a human(s) with mixed heritage from the human race.

Interestingly, a n**i dictator named Hitler, a bisexual, sociopath,  paranoid schizophrenic,  manic depressive, with anxiety disorders-his own doctor's words, believed in this same theory, the "superior Aryan race". He actually had breeding camps with blond haired, blue eyed males and females set up and he and his cohorts assigned couples to be married.If any of their children did not turn out blond haired and blue-eyed, the whole family was to be eliminated-the elimination process was to be extended through Germany and Austria(a minimum of 65% of the population did not meet both criteria which meant they were to be eliminated-Hitler was stopped while the marriages and some children were born.Hitler, himself did NOT meet his own criteria-he had blue eyes and brown hair.

They manage to have such strong intellects without trading much. For example east asians have 10% less testosterone than whites but 6 more iq points and 13 more spatial iq points. The same goes for p***s size, height, etc. They sacrifice little for much gain
