What is the significance of 4:30am?

For days now, I've been waking up at 4:30am. Either the phone rings, or I get a text message, or I have to go to the bathroom, etc.

Is there a significance to this time?

4:30 AM is the worst time to wake up...uh well it's usually the time when most people die.

Whoever is calling or texting you at 4:30 am you need to tell them to knock it off.  You get up to go to the bathroom because your bladder is full.

No. No significance whatsoever. You can think of it as a coincidence or the Law of Attraction. You think of something long enough, it'll come to you.

Only if you think there is!  The phone ringing would be an obvious reason if it happens at 4:30 every day.  It also might depend on what time you go to bed.

Take the phone off the hook and see if that makes a difference.

Coincidence. Or you've put so much importance on it that you spontaneously wake up at that time. It happens - I've woken up a minute before my alarm clock goes off, because I'm concerned about getting the day started right (usually they're exam days, etc).

yes. its one of the worst times. its early, your on your computer, and you look at the time. its 4:30. you know that you wont be able to get up in a few hours, so your not sure if you should stay up through the night or get what little sleep you can. either way, it wont turn out good in the morning.
