What is this pill WL 92?

its orange and on one side says WL 92 and on the other one S U P E.

  1. It is a type of Sudafed PE, phenylephrine with probably acetaminophen and a couple of other ingredients.  There are several formulas and I don't know which number is which.

    But click on the orange box on their website, see below.  Is that the pill?

  3. I can't find it on any online identifier. Your best bet is to call first CVS or OSCO pharmacy (quicker than walgreens), then poison control. Just tell them you found it in your house and want to know what it is.  

  4. Orange, oblong caplet, WL 92, other side SU PE. Found in my office in an old Tylenol bottle.... also in the bottle, a smaller pink caplet marked L479, other side 25. I've tried the pill identifier, as well as searching the forums with no luck.
