The Fourth, Sixth, and Eight Amendment provide important constitutional protections for persons accused or convicted of crimes. Identify the protection in each of those amendments, and then describe in standards of one of those amendments.

  1. Nawwww... mudblood isn't asking you to answer the question... she's asking "What does this question mean"... there's a difference.

    A different way to ask it would be....  what protections does a person enjoy because of the 4th amendment, what protections are given to him/her because of the sixth and eighth amendments?  Just list them... it should be just a case of reading the amendments and copying the sentences down.  Elaborate with examples to get a better grade.

    Sorry I'm not familiar with the current Orwellianspeak what "describe in standards" means.  Sounds like one of those catch phrases teachers come up with.
